Growing up in St. John’s, Newfoundland, as an only child with two blue-collar parents from Bell Island, I learned early what hard work really means.

In my early twenties, I moved to Cambridge to be closer to family who had made the difficult decision to rebuild their lives here to better provide for their loved ones. Nearly 10 years later, I’ve had the privilege of serving as Executive Director across Cambridge’s Business Improvement Areas, including Downtown Cambridge, Preston Towne Centre, and Hespeler at different times, while also building a career in marketing and production. Through that work, I’ve supported local businesses, helped bring community events to life, worked alongside local organizations and charities, and developed initiatives that strengthen our local economy.

I’ve seen firsthand what helps Cambridge move forward and what gets in the way. We need leadership that listens better, works more collaboratively, and delivers real results for residents.

That’s why I’m running for Mayor: to bring practical leadership, a stronger vision, and a clear commitment to putting Cambridge first.
